The team at Morimoto Asia, like many of us, are excited about the opening of Wine Bar George at Disney Springs. To officially welcome the soon to open bar, the two locations are collaborating and offering a special wine dinner.
The “Wok and Wines” menu, created by Morimoto Asia’s Executive Chef Yuhi Fujinaga, will showcase a selection of modern Pan-Asian dishes. Master Sommelier George Miliotes, who was a part of the opening team at Disney’s California grill when it debuted in 1995, will pair each course with wines that will be served at the wine bar when it opens later this year in Disney Springs. The dinner will feature:
