The Garden Grill is a character meal in the Land Pavilion at Epcot. You can meet Chip ‘n Dale and their friends in a restaurant that rotates and has views of scenes from Living with the Land. How cool is that! Find out what you can expect from this fun character meal experience.
The Garden Grill hosts Chip ‘n Dale’s Harvest in the Land Pavilion at Epcot. It is open for breakfast from 8:00 am – 10:30 am, lunch from 11:30 am –
3:00 pm and dinner from 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Prices start at $35 for adults and $15 for children. Prices may be higher during peak times. Breakfast will typically be the cheapest meal.
Breakfast is served family style. It’s nice because you don’t have to worry about missing a character while you’re at the buffet. Your meal will include Chip’s Sticky Bun Bake, Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Thick-sliced Bacon and Sausage Links, Seasonal Fresh Fruits, Hash Brown-style Potato Barrels, and Mickey-shaped Waffles with Warm Chocolate-Hazelnut Sauce.
Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Harvest Feast
Lunch and dinner are also served family style and begins with a basket of bread with orange blossom honey butter and the “Living with the Land” Harvest-inspired Farmer’s Salad.
Next up is the main course, All-Natural Sliced Turkey Breast with Turkey Gravy, Italian Sausage with Sautéed Peppers and Onions, Home-style Pot Roast, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Garden-fresh Vegetables, Bacon and Leek Stuffing, Macaroni & Cheese, and French Fries. It is all you care to eat so you can order more of everything or just your favorites. There is also a vegetarian option available and a children’s menu.
Dessert is a Short Cake topped with Fruit Compote and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream.
The characters rotate through the restaurant so you can meet each of them, sometimes more than once. You will have a chance to meet Chip, Dale, Pluto, and Farmer Mickey. (Keep in mind that the character line up can change at anytime.) The Garden Grill is the only place where Mickey wears that particular costume. And since it’s not a buffet you don’t have to worry about missing anyone.
There aren’t any PhotoPass photographers at this location so you’ll need to make sure to bring your own camera.
“I love just about everything that this restaurant represents — great food, a unique twist (no pun intended) with the revolving restaurant, character interactions with Chip and Dale, and Mickey Mouse and Pluto, and wholesome vegetables that are prepared from vegetables that are grown right below the restaurant in the hydroponic greenhouses that are part of the tour (among other places). All in all, this restaurant is at the top of the list for me.”
The Garden Grill is one of the best dining experiences at Epcot. It provides unique views as the restaurant rotates, as well as a much calmer character dining experience. The all-you-can-eat family-style meal also makes this a good value for a Disney table service restaurant. With Mickey and friends stopping by your table as you dine, you are sure to have a memorable meal at The Garden Grill.
